FAQ

gromgosh builds one-of-a-kind custom PCs, crafted through close collaboration with each customer. From hardware specs to case mods and custom-painted designs, if you can imagine it — we can build it. We also refurbish and test used components, offering individual parts or full prebuilt systems that are affordable, reliable, and great for getting into PC gaming or productivity on a budget.

As involved as you want. Some customers send us sketches, color schemes, or even entire Pinterest boards — others just tell us their favorite games. We’ll guide you through every step or take full creative control — your call.

Absolutely. We offer custom painting, decals, etching, LED mods, window cuts, and more. If you want a PC that looks like it came straight out of your favorite game, anime, or movie — we’re the crew to make it happen.

We specialize in tested and refurbished components like graphics cards, CPUs, RAM, motherboards, power supplies, and cases. Whether you're looking to upgrade or build a budget rig, we have parts that punch above their price.

We build budget-friendly prebuilt systems using tested used parts. Each one is cleaned, rebuilt, and stress-tested by hand. These are perfect for first-time gamers, students, or anyone who wants a capable machine without breaking the bank.

Every used part goes through a full functionality and stress test before it goes up for sale. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship. We stand by our components and want you to trust your build will work as hard as you do.

Yes! We ship both custom builds and used parts within the U.S. All shipments are packaged securely, and PCs are braced with internal padding to survive the trip. Local pickup may be available depending on your location.

Definitely. This isn’t a mass-production factory — we’re real people who build real machines. You can DM us, email us, or fill out our build form, and we’ll get back to you to start the conversation.

Anyone who wants a PC with personality — whether you’re a hardcore gamer, creative professional, first-time builder, or collector of vintage tech. We don’t do generic. We build for people who care about what’s in — and on — their case.
